HelloFresh/Gousto with toddlers

Hi

DH and I have 3 kids, 4 year old and 2 year old twins. They are good eaters and will have pretty much anything they are offered but currently we rotate through the same few meals over and over. I like cooking to a recipe , have no creativity and hate picking recipes/going shopping etc.

We were thinking of trying gousto or HelloFresh but I'm worried that it might not be great with 3 small kids. We'd want 4 nights a week (easy meal one night, takeaway/eat out one night and roast one night).

Has anyone used these with small children, was it positive? Which is better?

We use Gousto. I cook for the children separately. It works for us, and I really rate the meals.

Do you just do it for you and your DH so your kids don't have the gousto meals?
I'd rather we all had the same thing at the same time.

Gousto have Bluey meals that are aimed at kids. I have one in the fridge right now. It's bbq chicken with crispy potatoes and sweetcorn salad.
I think they are better for more family friendly meals.

I do this, Gousto (and two year old twins here!). They have a "10 minute meals" section, I tend to choose from either there or the Asian section since noodles are a sure-fire hit here. Avoid anything faffy/spicy. I really rate them, we use it 3x a week usually.

@CBPtia Yes I cook separately for the children. They eat much earlier, and their meals need to fit around clubs/sports etc. I often batch cook and freeze so there is a pretty good supply of meals for them, plus pizza, soup etc as quick meals. I just don't want to eat mince with every meal like them seem to! It works for us, and means we have more variety and quick to prepare meals without resorting to ready meals and takeaways. My husband and I have pretty demanding jobs so this is a compromise for convenience. I find the app really easy to use.
