How to keep next doors cat out?!

We’ve lived in our home for 3 years and next door have had a car for around 18 months.

He keeps coming in. I didn’t mind but he’s now started to climb into upstairs windows if they’re open and sleep in my daughters bed and break things at are on the windowsill . I don’t want to stop opening the windows.

i was hanging washing up today and he went into our kitchen and started to eat a chicken that id just pulled out of the oven.

He poo’s all over our garden and in the house. I’m fed up of having to pick up cat poo before my children go out (they came in covered in it once 🤦🏻‍♀️). I’m now pregnant and really don’t want to keep doing this due to the risks involved

ive spoken to next door and they’re unsure what to do. I’ve bought the sonars for the garden that are meant to keep them out and they didn’t work. I’ve put orange peel around as that was meant to keep they away and they were actually really keen on it!

any suggestions? I don’t see why I need to close off every bit of fresh air in my own house for a pet That isn’t mine😣

Next time it gets in, don't let it out. Herd it into the garage or a cupboard and lock it in for an hour or three. Then douse it with water and send it home.

Be menacing when you see it out and about. Make it not want to encounter you.

We had the same situation years back, and this solved the problem.
