What does "pretty senior" mean?

A lot of posters, when saying something about their jobs, mention they're "pretty senior." I keep wondering what they mean by that.

Is it Executive level? Director? What about for example someone who manages ten admin staff? Is it about salary so maybe £100k+? Is it about how much autonomy they have?

If you consider yourself "pretty senior" what do you do?

I'm c suite level.

I regard 'pretty senior' as senior leadership level, exec snd c suite.

I absolutely loathe the phrase “c-suite”. I get that it’s a convenient catch-all but “suite” is such a poncey word. Like the old “three piece suite” beloved of Hyacinth Bucket and my Gran.

“Pretty senior” is polite English for “I’m at the top of my game, have the ear of the CEO, senior and earn more money that I can reasonably spend without being obnoxious”

I’m thinking “c-suite” would be “very senior” rather than “pretty senior” if it is limited as the phrase suggests to those with a C for “Chief” in their title? In that you can’t really get any more senior than those roles. Unless maybe the CEO position sitting above the CFO, COO, CTO etc makes the other Cs just “pretty” senior by comparison?
