The ultimate “ambitious pricing in charity shops” find?

I know this subject is a common one on MN but I think I’ve found the height of crazy pricing in a charity shop! I’m not saying nobody will ever buy it but, ok, NOBODY will ever buy this.

Well, I expect priced up by someone who has no idea about software or how old that version is. Actually I expect many people won’t recognise any absurdity there at all, it’s a bit niche - unlike pricing Primark clothes at more than their new cost, for instance.

The heart foundation shop in my town had a Primark cardigan that had shrunk in the wash for £8 the other day. Was slightly agog. It's about a 2 minute walk from actual Primark too.

A couple of these recently sold on eBay for £15 so perhaps not as crazy as it first seems 🤔

It has a certain retro charm!

I've noticed a lot of charity shops have increased their prices but the quality has gone down hugely (I guess more and more folk are selling on vinted).

A charity shop near me had the full (but dog eared / tatty / well loved/ some pages scribbled on) collection of Mr Men books tied together in a elastic band for £35. You can buy a new set in a presentation box for £30! 😅
