Can I tell you all some good news?

I’ve just had some good news and realised apart from my DH and children, I’ve no friends to tell.

DH has told all his work colleagues who knew I was waiting for some news, as they’ve been part of ‘his’ journey dealing with me.

Anyway…….. Ive just received the results of my 5 year surveillance CT scan and I’m NED!! (No evidence of disease)

I het that the monitoring is a worry inducer BUTtry to think of it positively! You get the all clear on a regular basis and quicker treatment if they do find anything!

but forget about that for today & just celebrate!!!

It’s fantastic news! So wonderful to be kept in your loop! Just remember that knowing about the gene does not mean you have a working window into the future. You just might get to live a long, happy, healthy life from now on. I certainly wish this for you!!!
