Does anyone just not carry one?
If you do, what's in it?

I used to carry all sorts in mine but then started to work in a place we had bag searches and it just became a hassle. So no I just leave the house with my phone and keys.
Cards are in a pocket on the back of my phone for back up.
Lip balm is on my work lanyard
Any meds for ibs, paracetamol etc I have a stash at work, a stash in the car, and a mini pill holder/sorter that lives in my jacket pocket. (In summer I just use the ones at work) I also have a spare brush in my car, and one in the draw at work. Ditto chargers, car and work.
That's it. That's all I need on the day to day.

That said, I dont go out much. As you can guess I commute to work and work 6 days. When I am out for the night I wouldn't take a bag anyway. I also don't wear makeup so theres that!

What's in yours?

10yrs ago I changed jobs and it was walkable from my flat in London, so I changed to a backpack. Better for your back/shoulders and safer IMO.

I now work solely from home, and only use a handbag if going out for a meal or attending a conference. I'm actually looking for a new one, so off to find the supermarket handbag thread!

Edit to include what is in the handbag! Lipstick, mini tissues, alcojel, plasters, ibuprofen, dog poo bags and cash- hidden in various zip up pockets 😆

I don't use one, I only usually carry my phone and house key with me. I WFH though. Keep a few things in the car like spare sunglasses, but I only drive a couple of times a week.

I wear a small crossbody bag which contains...
Tissues
Mini biscuit bones
Poo bags
Bank and loyalty cards ( it takes too long to find yer feckin' store cards and debit cards on yer phone ... too much scrolling and then they don't work!)
A bit of cash, just in case
My super magnifying glasses as my eyesight isn't great.
V. I. Poo for when IBS strikes.

I wish I could carry less but have to have my medpac with epipens/emergency meds to hand all the time, plus tissues during the ridiculously long hayfever season.
