I've tried writing and posting this 6 times now, I hope this works

Can anyone offer any help or advice? My youngest 3 year old DC has just started at child minder number 9 (in the space of 2 years, have tried him at nursery but he simply cannot cope) and I'm at my wits end

I'm about to be put on an absence review plan at work due to the amount of times I'm called at work to leave early to collect him due to his behaviour

He frequently attacks other children, out of no where, he punches, bites, kicks and scratches me and his older 2 siblings daily (my eldest got a nosebleed a result of his latest punch last night) doesn't listen ,I've tried time out, naughty step, removing toys etc but to no avail

Childminder said he's attacked 4 of her other mindees today and spent more time having time out then playing

I really struggle every day and feel guilty for my older two DC as we have a miserable existence due to his behaviours and I don't know where else to turn for help

We are due to see the paediatrician finally next month after a long wait but I'm literally tearing my hair out - I even called social services in desperation for some held and support but they weren't interested, their DF is not around either so everything falls on Me and I am at the end of my tethert x

I think you are best waiting for your employer to fire you and go on benefits unfortunately. Don't quit. They have to force you out.

In what way can't he cope at nursery? In that he is as aggressive etc? I don't know what to suggest work wise but sheesh, that sounds tough.

He literally screamed and cried and was hitting/biting the staff the whole time it was not pleasant for any of us

I really hope it doesn't come to me getting fired, work keeps me sane on some levels

He's also far too big for his buggy now, he doesn't listen and will attempt to dart out into the road , I've tried various different reins but to no avail, if anyone has some child proof suggestions that would be a huge help too! Thankyou in advance!
