Would a camper home parked on the street put you off a house?

There’s a motor/camper home that occasionally parks on my road, I’m not sure if they know the neighbours but it always parks in the same spot. I’ve seen the police have a word with them (guessing a neighbour called?) and it didn’t move so that’s that I guess.

My house is going on the market this week and I’m worried this will put people off?

It’s surprising what potential viewers will say puts them off viewing. One man told the estate agent that he didn’t like cars parked in parking bays on the road. Not the road the house is in, which has drives, but the access road.

A large van of whatever description would probably put me off and sometimes there are covenants preventing it.

Honestly everyone needs to reread the OP:

"I’m not sure if they know the neighbours"

The van doesn't belong to the bloody neighbours!!
