Short break to Belfast between Xmas and New year?

Would you? Never been to Belfast before, we’d have 3 nights. Looking to stay in the premier inn Alfred street.
I expect the weather could be pretty poor so what is there to do / see? It looks like a biggish city but we like walking. We like eating out and cosy bars for food / drinks.
Is 3 nights too many? Would like to go to the titanic museum.

I live in Belfast and to be honest I’d leave it until Spring/Summer when you can properly explore and enjoy everything that NI has to offer. Winter will be freezing, often with miserable rain and the Xmas/New Year period is when I tend to avoid going into the city centre most due to the massive crowds. Bars and restaurants will be packed out and you’ll miss the best, most scenic parts of NI like the Giant’s Causeway (unless you fancy getting hypothermia). It’s just not a good time to go

Agree with @MaloneMeadow, plus you'll only get at best 7hrs 15mins of daylight.

I'm going to disagree with previous posters. I live just down the road and we went and booked a last minute hotel for the day after boxing day. Went to the Ulster Museum and the shops and a few pubs. Had dinner. It was a great break. You could be lucky with the weather. I'd maybe give the hop on off tour bus a miss if its really wet. You can do a black taxi tour instead. Then come back in the spring and lie on the grass at the city hall😄
