Mattress - buying online and installation of new, plus old mattress removal?

I'm currently thinking of replacing my slightly sagging king size mattress - can anyone recommend a good and reliable online store which will remove the old mattress and place the new one on the bed? I can't do it myself due to back problems and mattresses are heavy!

We got our last mattress from Silent Night, they took to the room of choice, removed packaging, removed old mattress (might have paid a small charge when ordering) and the delivery guys placed new one on bed.

Much easier than disposing of old mattress via council.

Thank you, I'll look into them.

I think most places that sell mattresses will offer this option. You need to keep your wits about you when placing the order to make sure you spot and choose the option. John Lewis, M&S, Mattress Next Day etc

I bought online from a company called something like Mattress on line. They do all the well known names. They delivered and took the old one away. I didn't need them to put the new one on the bed as my DH and DS were here to do that, but I've no doubt they offer that service.

I ordered a Silentnight one to replace the old one. I'm very happy with it.

I sold my old mattress for £20 so someone would come and take it

Which they did and they were delighted because it was nice and clean

just a heads up that most mattresses won’t be accepted for a refund if the sealed hygiene packaging is removed

You could go for one of those 100 night trial things. I've never invoked one or heard of anyone doing so, so I don't know if they work in practice

I've just got a new mattress from Dreams. I bought it in store, but I'd looked on their website ahead of time, and I could have bought it without going in if I'd wanted - I just wanted to try it in store. I have only good things to say about them. The customer service was terrific - I had a couple of queries after ordering, and I was able to phone and talk to a human being who sorted everything very quickly. Delivery was prompt, they give you a date, and nearer the time a two-hour slot. You have to pay a bit extra to get your old mattress taken away, which I did. They have a 100-day return policy, called their comfort guarantee or something. If for any reason the mattress doesn't suit you, they'll exchange it for a different model. They advise that you use a mattress protector during the trial period as they won't take the mattress back if it's stained. I won't be sending mine back, it's the comfiest mattress I've ever had.

I've got mine all from mattressman and found him very reliable
