Please share for inspiration! Mine are:

Glass of water first thing in the morning - doing for months now, became an unquestionable part of morning routine

Going up to bed around 10 to unwind before DP joins - I need longer to relax and feel sleepy

Deleting BBC news app - I was a compulsive checker, so overly exposed to negativity

Making a daily decision - what is one most important thing to achieve today? I have noticed how much focus it brought to quality aspect, for example it can be a quality time with DC, or investing into meeting prep. These achievements somehow feel more rewarding due to being deliberate and I guess better planned and executed.

Doing one thing each day that Future Me will thank me for. This can be big or small.

Also, naming 3 things I'm grateful for each morning at the end of an online yoga session. Habit-forming takes a while, but adding little things on to the end of habits (e.g. gratitude focus after exercise) makes them automatic and more likely to stick.

Good collaboration the Important Thing each day.

Eating at least 30 different plants a week (have stuck at it for 6 months, it's just habit now so I can't see me going back)

Cleaning my teeth properly. Dental floss, those little brushes and rinsing with fluoride wash once a day.

I was diagnosed with peridontal disease (thanks to not doing any of that before). Now that has to be done daily for pretty much the rest of my life if I want to keep my teeth.

But now my teeth feel so clean all the time. And apparently it cuts down inflammation andmaybe the chances of getting other diseases like heart disease and dementia.

I love these! I started at the gym sometime in November or December and have maintained 3 to 5 times a week since starting. I don't enjoy going but i never regret having been and i love how much stronger i feel. I'm doing it for my heart.

Back in January I started with proper multivitamins. After dinner but before bed I fill a large glass with water add a large vitamin C and zinc eff tablet, I add a huge squirt of vitamin D liquid, I then take a general multivitamin, magnesium, zinc and two further vitamin C tabs, vitamin B complex and an iron based supplement x 2. I had struggled all my life with low vitamin D, heavy and horrendous periods, iron deficiency etc - 8 weeks later I do feel much much better.

I can’t normally take iron supplement despite low ferritin as it creates havoc with my bowels. But I built it up like half an iron tablet for a week then one then one and half etc I also have a sad light on bright on my desk as my work room is dark and has no natural light.

my latest blood test said vitamin d was fine - the first time ever.

Normally tablet make me vomit but straight after a meal at night seems to be ok.

I also am starting to practice much better self care - any mistakes etc well on a 100 years no one will care I forgot to put the bins out etc
