What's the deal with the Conservative Party and Islamophobia?

Recently and in the past, high profile Tories have been Islamophobic. It is in the news atm because of Tory MP Lee Anderson's comments but it predates that, some of us will remember when Boris Johnson's comments led to a rise in the abuse of Muslim women.

The Tory cabinet ministers under PM Sunak are turning themselves inside out and making themselves look really foolish in interviews to avoid naming, nevermind addressing the issue.

Why? What's that about?

Why won't Tory MP's admit that what Lee Anderson said was Islamaphobic? They all say it was wrong and hateful but they wont admit to why it was wrong...

The Frank Hester issue has kind of answered my question. It isn't hateful shite if it's a Tory doing it.🙄

The Tories are out only for themselves. They don't give a shit about racism or Islamophobia or any other hate. It's all water under the bridge as long as it benefits the Tory Party.🙄

Thankfully they're toast at the next GE. They're fucking disgrace and they've wrecked this country.
