How did I get so haggard and dishevelled looking?

That really.
What the fuck happened?

Fair enough DS was born in 2020 but Jesus wept - has it really aged me this much?!!

Surely it can't be the cause as so many mums look smart, put together and fresh faced with minimal wrinkles and lines.

Don't get me wrong, I get people age and it's normal but o wasn't expecting to age like an ogre!

Help me! What can I do that fits in with full time work and small kids to look more energetic, fresh and quite frankly... better looking!

So far I've signed up to Dermatica for my skin...
And went for a run.

Op I’m the same, except more fool me I’m on my third baby since 2020, haggard is not even the word(latest baby born 2 months ago!) I saw a treatment that is micro needling with an electric current, I’m considering it😂 sounds miserable but apparently it’s good. I fully intend on some Botox too. Just turning 37 but I feel I look at least 10 years older😂😂😂 also I think when money allows I am going to start getting more facials done and treatments. I think I am so busy running around after others I’m neglecting myself 😂I was always quite glam and now I do nothing. I do hope this will change mind you😂😂😂

Rather than heading straight for the beauticians why dont you start working on your routine at home?
It's all well and good spending a fortune on facials/botox etc but if you don't look after yourself inbetween appointments you may as well stand there burning £20 notes!
Firstly, it's boring but drink plenty of water, eat healthy foods (even if its inbetween unhealthy foods!) Make sure your body has enough vitamins and minerals, take supplements if needed.
If your hair is in good condition find a style that suits you and work out how to do it, practice and you should be able to do your hair nicely quite quickly. If it isn't in good condition or is dry treat yourself to some decent conditioner or hair oil, get it trimmed to get rid of the worst bits.
Finally, and please don't take this as me being a smug git but I deliberately carried on my routine after I had my kids, whatever I did pre kids I carried on with, my husband had to deal with them as babies whilst I put makeup on and once they got older they used to sit and eat breakfast whilst I did hair and makeup. You don't owe your children every second of your life so just take whatever time you need to do what makes you feel better.

Same :(

I used to look young for my age...not anymore..in the space of a year, I've got so wrinkly i can no longer use liquid eye liner...ive started having to pluck chin hairs. I lost baby weight suddenly and coupled with constant sleep deprivation my face has gone gaunt so i look horrendous.

Stress has given me psoriasis flare up, all over my scalp, my hairs awful esp with my LO keeping pulling it out 😭😭😭..don't get me started on the boobs..my once redeemable feature...
