Where to buy SKIN ON boneless chicken breast or thighs?

I've looked everywhere for boneless chicken breast and boneless chicken thighs with the SKIN ON. No where seems to sell it. Not even the few local butchers I've been to.

Nandos carries this on their menu, so obviously it DOES exist and they're sourcing it from somewhere! But where can the public buy it?

Is this something that a butcher could do for me if I asked them, or do they just bring their meat in from somewhere else already prepared and ready for sale?

Just buy bone in skin on and take the bone out?

It's not very difficult - even if you've not done it before. Plenty of youtube video's will show you how.

But yes, I don't see why a butcher couldn't do this.

My ds got them from a butcher when he needed them. They just deboned some for him.

We buy them with skin and bone and then debone them. Cheaper too

Butchers should be able to do it or farm shops often do.

The only places I’ve found that sell it are Booths and Sainsbury’s. There is a Waitrose near my work and even they don’t do it, which surprised me.

I could do that and have done that with chicken thighs. It's just a bit of a pain, so would prefer to be able to buy boneless.

I cannot for the life of me find skin on chicken breast even with the bone in. The closest I've come was at a push butcherer that sold a pack of 2 rather expensive bone in skin on chicken breasts with the little wing bit attached.

Buying 6+ of those on a regular basis would be very expensive, and tricky to de-bone with the added wing bit on.

The breast with the wing part is a supreme, if that helps your search.

The bone doesn't extend into the breast, so very easy to remove - even simpler than deboning the thigh.

I buy a few whole chickens and portion them up, into packs of legs, breasts, thighs, the rest of the trimmings diced/shredded for soups and curries and then the rest boiled up for stock. Admittedly it is a bit of a pain but it is many pounds cheaper than buying the components and much easier when they are all done and ready to go, some from fridge some from freezer.

I debone using some kitchen scissors in just a few minutes, honestly it's so quick and will sae you money. I save the chicken bones in the freezer and use to make chicken stock when I have enough.

M & S sell them in our local Simply Food. So I suppose Ocado probably will as well. They're in their Oakham range.

M&S do skin on chicken breasts
