Csection pouch and how to help reduce it!

Hello, another question from me 😊. I've had 4 csections and I won't be having anymore children or csections all thanks to my partner getting the snip snip. My question now is how on earth do you go about reducing the pouch?. I'm having difficulty with my pouch and csection scar because it's literally tucked under the pouch, it gets extremely sore, feels like it's burning and can get smelly after a day of working ect (don't worry I clean it almost everyday!) it's been nearly two of this!. I'm tired of it all I'm changing my diet habits (fasting) which I've done in the past and upping my excersises to help but seriously has there been any successful stories?.

Not for reducing the pouch - mine actually got worse when I lost weight as it kind of deflated over the incision- but sudocrem over the incision when it hurts / starts smelling is really helpful. If it's really sore, I'd apply morning and evening after cleaning it. I now always apply a small amount after showering, even when it looks fine, and that keeps it all OK. Also be mindful of wearing tight clothes - tight leggings, tights, jeans etc definitely make mine flare up more.

@OverTheCountryClub im using sudocrem and it doesn't really help it just goes more moist and gets more sore 🤷, where my csection scar is it's literally right under the fold like you can't see it until I lift my pouch if you get me?. I hoping after I loose some weight I can somehow tighten the tummy, either go through all that or get surgery which I'd rather not.

I've had 4 sections too. My stomach is not flat anymore but I reduced it with weight loss. There's not much you can do if it's just skin though. The only way to fix it would be surgery. I can't say I've had any problems with pain and smell, only when my scar was very new. Try to keep as clean and dry as possible.
