What can I do/eat to beat menopause exhaustion?

I've had two days off work and I'm still shattered. I feel like I could just lay around in bed for a week. My job is pretty active and I'm on my feet moving around most of the day. I don't sleep well currently and my body 'buzzes' 24/7 (like an electrical current), I notice this more at night. After hysterectomy, the consultant told me I wasn't suitable for HRT due to the family history of cancer. I'm now 54 but I feel like an old lady. My whole body is stiff despite daily stretching. I take daily VitD & iron.

Take vit B complex.
Vit D3 with K2.
Magnesium glycinate, and have a good consistent bedtime routine.
Give up alcohol. Cut down on caffeine, none after 12md.
Actively avoid anxiety.
Get an exercise routine.
And I found that taking my supplements in the morning, except the magnesium, helped.

I don't drink alcohol or coffee/tea so that bit's covered. I'll look into magnesium. I do 12-15k steps a day so I thought that was enough exercise, but perhaps not?

Get a dexa scan to see if you are starting to get osteoporosis, this is how mine manifested, I couldn't walk up the stairs at the end of the day. Utter exhaustion.

No, you need to look at adding some weights. It’s good for the bones.

And add in some good quality omega 3 for the joints.

HRT…
It’s the only solution.

My colleague (who is on HRT and is still exhausted) was advised to increase her protein intake to help Her symptoms - don’t know if this is any use?
