What music do 8-11 year olds enjoy ?

I am running some half term activities for children with mild disabilities next week and I like to use music in my classes. I need to update my playlists ! Does anyone have suggestions please for age appropriate pop music with a good rhythm for 8-11 year olds ? Thanks

Ds9 loves Kraftwerk, Foo Fighters, Foxes, and B52’s Love Shack.

I had to do a playlist for KS2 requests for next weeks disco and the Barbie soundtrack, Taylor Swift were very popular.

@Sonora25 @soundsys any specific album or track ? I am a child of the 1960's so genuinely needing advice from those who have primary school aged children.

Actually also the soundtracks from the Sing movies and Trolls movies have loads of songs in them that the 8-11 kids would know

Go on Spotify or Deezer and search '10th birthday' or similar in the playlists. You'll get results like 'Oscar's tenth birthday playlist' or 'Ella's tenth birthday pamper party' etc. They'll give you some ideas.... Or just use one of them!

Mine are obsessed with the Six soundtrack, but I’m not entirely sure it’s child friendly.
