What the heck is the obsession with skibidi toilet??

I have absolutely no idea what the fascination and obsession all the kids have with skibidi toilet! I’ve tried watching it, it’s awful 😩 I feel old…I just don’t get it! Can anyone explain why so much interest? 65 billion views!!! What am I missing?!?!!!

My kids sing a load of skibidi songs and play them on Spotify but I don't think they know it's a YouTube...what is it? An animation? And I won't be telling them! I actually quite like that one that goes "skibidi dop dop dop yes yes" and sometimes ask them to put it on 😳

My older DC showed this to younger DC, who is now terrified of using the toilet.

It's totally bonkers. We were all obsessed with salad fingers at about 14/15. At that time there was a lot of low quality flash animation that became popular. It's just a load of bollocks that's become a sort of meme.

Yes my 8 and 10 year old watch it. They find it hillarious. I find the faces creepy and no idea what's going on. I keep trying to block it on YouTube but they find a way round it. It's quite violent.

My DS had a nightmare that one of the girls he's friends with was the head in the skibidi toilet and was chasing him around

My son(9) was into this for awhile and played the Skibidi Toilet song on Alexa most days-he even added it to my play list which caught me unaware in the Gym one day!!!!
What was nice is he got into Tears for fears and played "Everybody Wants to rule the world" on a loop.

I don't get why people let their children watch Skibidi toilets or play games with weapons that are used in wars today.
There are child soldiers being used in countries and other countries bombing hospitals.
War is wrong so why is it being glorified in games for children.
My other half thinks I'm daft and says it's fine.
