‘Tell me one thing’ to automate/ease mental load

I’ve been finding the ‘tell me one thing’ thread really helpful so I wondered if I could ask for similar hep with routines specifically.
I have a baby, a toddler and have recently lost my father so extra caring for my mum, grief & probate stuff. My brain is burnt out.

All the ‘little things’ often tip me over the edge so I’m trying to automate things so they tick over to give my brains some breathing space. Examples…

A day of the week for:
Kids hair wash (Sunday & Thursday)
kids finger nails (Monday)
kids toe nails (Tuesday)
changing pjs (unless of course needed before)
Changing bath towels

Monthly (eg 1st of month)
Recharge nightlights

Quarterly (eg 1st Jan/April/July/October)
change toothbrushes/heads

I feel a little embarrassed that these things bother me but after long day, little sleep, these nagging things make me feel so exhausted (the thought of all these things to juggle is usually worse than the action which is small). Are there any others I can add to my list? This can then be shared with husband and hopefully kids when older can start being involved (eg it’s Wed so new PJs!)
Thank you for reading x

I have a set day for doing certain jobs.
Monday I always give the kitchen and downstairs a good clean/general tidy.
Tuesday I always do the upstairs, send the robot hoover around, change towels, general tidy round and change sheets if needed.

Load of laundry every day.
I tend to put washing away when my DD is in the bath, and just have a general tidy round.

I don't go to bed unless the kitchen is fully cleaned up after tea, and I always clean something in the bathroom before bed. One day it might be the toilet, next the sink, next the towel rail.

I have a dishomatic filled with washing up liquid hung up in the shower. Every time I'm in I'll give something a good scrub. Maybe the door one day, the plug another, the tiles another.

I also have a routine with exercise or I'd never do it, and that's huge for my mental health.
Mondays I go to pilates class, Tuesday morning before work I do a 15 minute YouTube workout, Wednesday after dropping off my DD at nursery I go for a run. I try to go on a weekend too.

Sometimes I go to bed early and have one of those soft headbands with Bluetooth speakers in. I listen to podcasts or calming music. Really helps me wind down.

I have a big whiteboard in my kitchen with one of those magnetic mats with a monthly calendar on it. Every month I fill it in. On the side I divide the rest of the whiteboard into boxes for all the months ahead and write in dates.

Just to add, I thrive on routine and being organised so that works for me. I appreciate for others routine and 'control' can feel more stressful!

When the clocks go back / forward is another good one.

Change / wash hoover filters
Clean oven

Set reminders in phone for all MOT / insurance renewals to give you time to check out deals etc
