Project management seems a natural fit, but depends on what experience you have, I suppose.

Contact the national careers service for options. Or try reading “ what color is your parachute”

£30k

Housekeeper for a wealthy family. £40 to £50k. With the right job, you get lots of variety and can manage a team if it's a very wealthy set up.

lljkk · 07/02/2024 22:20

OP sounds like an office manager to me.

Chat gpt says:

Considering your friend's skills and preferences, they could explore opportunities in project management, human resources, or higher education administration. Roles such as program coordinator, admissions officer, or project manager might align well with their administrative and organizational strengths. Additionally, they could explore positions in non-profit organizations or educational institutions that focus on adult education or community development. It's also worth checking job boards and networking within their current industry for potential transitional roles.

Interesting, it covers most of the suggestions here. I would also recommend the Civil Service.
