Idea for a healthy thing for February

I need some inspiration please, I'm trying to get healthy this year, but I want to take things really slowly (so that I don't give up!) In January I committed to walking half an hour everyday, and I succeeded! I'm going to keep this up, but I'd like to add another healthy but achievable thing for February. Any ideas?? Thank you

You could take a multi vitamin every day, that would be an easy beneficial habit to get into.

What do you normally have for breakfast?

Thanks for the ideas, I think I'm going to go with the eat a piece of fruit each day. But I might do the squats in March. Can I just ask, is it doing squats each day that knackers peoples knees (because obviously I don't want to do that)

I'm trying to have a small plate full of salad before each meal. I'm hoping it will get my 5 a day in, as well as taking the edge off my appetite.

replace one of your snacks (if you eat snacks that you’d like to change) with a handful of almonds. Or just eat a handful of almonds. They’re amazing for you.

I never knew that more than one apple a day is not good for you till recently

I would do something for upper body strength as women often neglect that. So something as simple as 30 seconds plank or 5 kneel or wall push ups a day.
I did this one month and was amazed by how much I improved in one month.

Or gut health drink some kefir every day or have a kefir yog.

Thank you. I'm going to go with the eat a piece of fruit each day in February. (Although I also didn't know that eating more than one apple was bad!?) But, I will add some of the other things each month, hopefully for the rest of the year. I'm thinking maybe the vitamins in March and squats or plank in April.

Lots to think about, thank you. Also don't know that almonds were a good thing

@andwhy Michael Mosley has a podcast Just One Thing, you might find inspiration there.
