Tac return - child benefit

Leaving this to the very last minute as usual - I need to file a return as my income was over the £50k child benefit threshold. But I'm not seeing anywhere on the website that I can enter pension and private medical deductions - can anyone advise where these are supposed to be entered? The page initially asks if your net income exceeds £50k, then when entering details asks for your income per your P60 then tax deducted - i can't see anything for pensions or other deductions? Please help!

You can’t claim for private medical deductions, and if you have a workplace pension it should already be factored into your P60. If it isn’t, there should be a box for pension contributions - have you answered the tailoring questions correctly?

Why would you be able to claim for private medical?

Aren’t your pension deductions already accounted for by being excluded from your taxable income

Assuming you have paid directly into a pension, and it’s not a workplace pension, it’s in the “tax reliefs” section.

”This section covers tax relief for payments to pension schemes, charities and for Blind Person’s Allowance”

It's a workplace pension scheme, taken direct from salary. So wouldn't be applicable in the tax reliefs section as that is for private schemes.

You can’t claim relief for the pension in that case

And healthcare is normally a benefit - you definitely don’t get relief

If it's a workplace pension scheme this should be taken into account on your P60 already, same with any salary sacrifice private medical. In which case you only need to provide your P60 figures. You won't get any extra deduction.
