Had a phone interview last week, all sounded good apart from one thing. They said they do hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The mandatory day is Monday, others days flexible. The job is in the next city over, where my current job is also based.
In my current role I'm in one day a week, sometimes 2 days where required. Having considered the commute and the cost of 3 days, I don't feel I could do it or that it would be financially worthwhile.
Is it worth saying I'd like to come for the interview but mention the 3 days issue? Or go to the interview and if they offer the job, negotiate on days then?
