If you could sell feet pics for money, would you?

Semi light-hearted as I know it’s dodgy ground and the world is full of weirdos but a genuine question, would you do this if you could make good money?

I was flicking through Tik Tok yesterday and a clip came up of a young woman, she makes money selling photos of her feet (she insists she sells no other photos of her body and no face pics, she says she always remains completely anonymous).

She sells on feet fetish platforms and makes around £600 per month from just one platform. She also sells via other platforms.

Wouldn’t work for me, doubt anyone would want pics of my 50 year old goblin trotters but would you if could? No other funny business, just feet photos (obviously ignoring all the weird pervy requests you’d no doubt get).

I’ve asked 3 friends and 2 said yes they would absolutely do this if they had enough buyers, the other no way.

For sure, if people want to pay crack on

Mumaway · 28/01/2024 19:26

No issues, definitely would, and now might as I have fairly nice feet....

fairo · 28/01/2024 19:27

No because my feet are easily identifiable by those who know them

piscofrisco · 28/01/2024 19:33

Yes I would

These men people probably get off purchasing these pics, knowing the people selling them are most likely doing so because they need the money, gives them that weird perverse power trip?

Yeah, I couldn’t do it.

littlemousebigcheese · 28/01/2024 20:38

Yes but my feet are very tattooed so it would be too outing so I couldn't!

Why not, seems pretty safe to me. I met a woman who sells worn once pants which is pretty ick but as she put it, the only people being exploited are the men willing to pay £20 for a pair of Tesco value pants! She was making £2k a month, crazy but true (and illustrates the weirdness of the male of our species Confused)

I don't know about that, supposedly you have to send pics of you wearing them and piss in them and all sorts.

Lol @ £2k a month

She was having you on.

ApplesinmyPocket · 28/01/2024 21:17

I would - I have nice feet, not that that matters to foot fetishists! but I read once on an MN thread it's not as easy as sending a pic, that to get real money you have to interact and even tell a story ...! I'm too lazy/prim to do that, but if it was JUST a pic, I would.

RosesAndHellebores · 28/01/2024 21:24

Brings back visions of The Reverend Osborne Whitworth from Poldark. Ugh.

Slightly off topic but I recall reading that Norma Major was a hand and foot model for ordinary products like sandals, handcream, etc.

Popetthetreehugger · 28/01/2024 21:45

Years ago , my very elderly uncle ( long gone and much missed ) was a member of a camera club . He used to take the photos of one of the girls feet for her to sell . The group used to have days out to lovely places and take job lots of feet photos ! She would buy shoes in charity shops and sell those as an extra ! They all thought it was hilarious and apparently it was a very good side hustle.

shitafrick · 28/01/2024 21:53

If it was a simple as taking pictures and sending them on, I'd happily do so! Sounds like it's not that simple though, unfortunately.

Dipsydoodlenoodle · 28/01/2024 22:42

I absolutely would.

As a social experiment just this morning I opened a new insta account with one feet pic on, I have had an offer of $800 for 10 pics and someone wanting a sugar baby 😂😂. Both America men! if the car fails it’s mot I may have to think hard about this one!

Sunshineandblueskysalltheway · 28/01/2025 16:18

Why do so many of you have scabby/awful/goblin feet?

It's not mandatory you know. Or clever.

alpenguin · 28/01/2025 16:38

I’ve known two people to try this. One did really well but had to offer other more gratuitous services to get pics to sell. The other had zero interest.

I’d do it if I thought it would help the family finances but it’s an oversaturated market now’s

Frostine · 28/01/2025 16:42

Which site ? Asking for a friend ! 😂😂😂

Farkinhell · 28/01/2025 16:45

If it meant I could write off the cost of a pedicure as expenses I'd go for it!

(I jest, too much risk and not nice enough feet!)

I'm giving this too much thought 😆 but how on earth would they be 'manky' enough to be of value to perverts if was having to change them all the time to get through enough pairs to make £2k at £20 a pop? Was she outsourcing?

8misskitty8 · 28/01/2025 17:08

Those sorts of ‘customers’ probably pay top dollar for Manky feet !

I am pretty certain that if you were to send those 10 photos you won’t receive the $800 promised. Try it?

A dear friend of mine (male) is on a sugar daddy website. He likes to meet beautiful young women and doesn’t mind paying for it. He is not motivated by sex, but by the experience (he also meets women much older than him - also for the experience). Anyway, all these young women tell him about how difficult it is to find a sugar daddy - many of the men on these websites demand that the women are always available to them (so they can’t hold down a job as they have to be always available) but at the same time the men say ‘’I don’t want a gold digger so you will never see a penny from me’’. They want women 20-30 years younger that they meet on a sugar daddy website to sleep with them and expect nothing in return! Others promise to ‘’look after them’’ but disappear after sex.

Anyway, I am certain that men don’t pay for photos that they could easily get for free online. There’s more to it than this, even if ‘more’ means that the women have to talk to hundreds of idiots for free until one is likely to pay. The time investment is definitely more than a few minutes sending a few photos

jotex · 28/01/2025 17:17

My sister got £500 for some of her old socks at uni.

The last three guys I’ve been with, though not foot fetishists, were crazy for my feet when intimate. It’s a market I’ve never tapped into!

I highly doubt I would get any money, but for how long it would take me so snap a few pics write his name on my foot I can’t lie I’m tempted to try, would you?

Daypartiesandhollywood · 28/01/2025 17:28

If it was snap the feet and that's it, yes. As it is, the only people making money are the ones either doing far more than that, or the people pushing the whole course of how to make money selling feet pics orjust doing tiktok, Instagram reels of ooh I make so much money off this and getting the money off of content creation.
