Healthy snacks on the go?

I struggle to get my child to eat fruit in between meals, or before taking her to her tennis class. I can't seem to find anything that is healthy and can tie her over for a few hours (that she likes!) so we always end up resorting to cookies, Oreos, etc. Is it just me? Any recommendations of something I can buy instead?

Our school only allows fruit or oatcakes. We do play the system slightly as bairns do some lovely coconut and chia seeds ones, and some ginger ones

Nuts?

Cheestrings or packs of chicken satay skewers or Fridge Raider type chicken. Not the best but better than biscuits. Or maybe a sandwich wrapped up?

You can buy little bags of mini bread sticks

Rice cakes

Banana (yes a fruit, but not the hard work my DC consider an apple to be!)

Bag of almonds

PB&J sandwich

3 small falafels

Babybel and a roll

Does she actually need a snack? Maybe she's not hungry. If she is genuinely hungry offer rice cakes, snackajacks or take a sandwich.

Yeah, hard to tell. Sometimes I do think she might be just bored, but I worry she will not have enough energy for when she's playing tennis so I prefer to err on the side of caution! I was told Oatly is coming out with these oatmeal drinks for kids with vitamins, and since she's never been super good with dairy, I thought I would give it a try. Has anyone heard about it?
