It’s horrible when you feel like this.
Has something specific happened to drag your mood down, or is this just how it is at the moment? Either way, it’s worth you seeing your GP to help improve things - they can really help.
Take care of yourself, try to eat regularly and get as much sleep as possible at night as that will help.

Sorry you’re feeling this way. Hope you find some way of lifting your mood. I’m trying really hard not to offer any suggestions as you said you didn’t want fixes…

You need to get out the house, find some nature or go for a walk. It’s won’t stop the feelings coming back but it will give you a break from it.

OP I assume this is in relation to your thread yesterday.

Its horrible when you’ve been trying so hard and doing so well just to be knocked down again, it’s no wonder you’re feeling low.

It feels massive, but it’s a bump in the road that’s all. A year from now, it won’t matter. They will accept a payment plan from you, you can’t give them what you don’t have so try not to worry too much. It is shit, but speak to them and get something sorted and you’ll feel better.

Its ok to feel down, but don’t give up now. You’ve come too far for that.

Sounds like maybe worth trying to get a GP appointment for tomorrow?

for today can you do something that you normally find relaxing? Even if curling up with a good book (that helps me as it distracts my mind!) or a short walk?

Bluevelvetsofa · 21/01/2024 09:52

Then you need some help and I second trying to get a GP appointment.

The situation hasn't helped. But its not truly that . I don't really know what it is. Just my mind set is wrong.

You’ve been through a lot, much more than most people - you need to think of this as a journey, ups and downs not just a straight line to where you want to be. Taking some time out while you feel shit doesn’t mean you’re going backwards x

Would be nice to have a straight line for a bit though 😔

I hear that.

I hope the line gets straighter for you soon, until then show yourself some kindness x

Behinde with washing again . I have not even washed the kids uniform . I dont even know if it would dry by the morning. Kids have been snacking all day .

maybe prioritise, eg could you just do the shirts/polo tops which probably would dry?. And anything else only if it really needs it and would dry, or sponge clean any spots on skirts/trousers/fleeces /blazers. I was reading an old housekeeping book the other day and people just used to mainly brush clothes, things always need loads of washing
