Worried about friend - MH

I care a lot about my friend , so may be being OTT. You can let me know if I just need to butt out. I’m just a bit worried about her.

She had diagnosed OCD and has lived with it her whole life. She would never eat anything some else she knows cooked, her own mother included; won’t eat at buffets; is very clean and organised around her own home. I know she gets ( or used to get at least) intrusive thoughts which is why she has the diagnosis. She was secretive about it at first but is now fairly open. She had medication but stopped taking it some time ago. She’s a teacher and she is in her 30’’s married with children.

Recently I’ve noticed she is doing some strange things. For example, whenever I call she’s eating the exact same meal. It’s healthy, but the same. She has a favourite movie that she watches every single evening. She never comes out. She never has news to share. I popped over the other day and she’d had a delivery of 30 packets of 8 razors. When I laughed and asked if she bought them for 5 years in advance, she mentioned that they’d last her about a month! Who shaves that much?!

I may need to just mind my own business as there’s nothing sinister here. But I am worried that her OCD has gotten worse as this is fairly recent, or that she’s in a bad place. Anyone have any experience of this they can share? How can I broach it? Does it need to be broached even? Or is it just manageable for the person themselves?

Not worried about the children, she does separate meals for them and they are loved, happy, doing well and are well looked after by both mum and dad - dad especially takes them to lots of clubs. They have nice holidays. They don’t seem to exhibit any of their mother’s traits.
