Low calorie hot chocolate?

Are you sure it's the chocolate that you crave? I'm fine with very high cocoa eg Lindt 90% or Montezuma 100% chocolate but find bars with less cocoa and proportionately more sugar sets up a craving for sugar which is really really insistant.

Like any craving, going cold turkey for a good few weeks usually sorts it out for me. Until the next time I indulge.

I don’t think there is any alternative to chocolate.

The only cure is to stop because you never eat it and say ‘oh I’m so satisfied’ it just makes you want more all the time. The only cure is to give it up entirely.

There is no other thing that can replace it as far as I know.
if you find something please tell me!!!

All the very best.

The Cadburys bars that are 90 calories. I think they are called Delight or something. Quite chewy so you feel like you're eating a proper bar, but lighter in calories. And the chocolate brownie flavour Fibre One bars ( 90 calories).

You mention that you have limited things that you like so I appreciate that this might not assist, but I have recently read that sour/bitter foods (such as plain yogurt, citrus fruits, lemon water, berries and pickles) can counteract sugar cravings - I’m going to try this out myself.

I have linked to one website but there are many more references and suggestions for sour foods online.

Tired of sugar cravings? Eat sour to fight them!

Sugar cravings can be annoying, especially when they refuse to go away! But eating sour is a sure-shot way to get rid of these. Here is all that you should eat.

I had a small bar of the milk of the gods as part of one of my Christmas presents, despite being tiny it was so chocolaty that I couldn't eat it all at once

Grenada carb killas or fufill bars are nice. but quite expensive

I crave chocolate a lot. When cravings are strong I have a Fulfill chocolate salted caramel protein bar for breakfast. Then for chocolatey snacks, chocolate mousse is a big chocolatey hit but relatively low in calories. Aldi also do chocolate pots which are high in protein. Cadbury delights as mentioned upthread.

I’ve found that I have to buy things that I like but don’t love and that keeps it relatively in check. If I buy maltesers or Mars bars, I wouldn’t stop eating them. Whereas the products I’ve mentioned above don’t typically make me binge.

I'm also autistic with a craving for chocolate. I find sticking to a 16:8 diet helps so my chocolate hit is just once a day rather than all day and night.

Yes those chocolate brownie fibre one bars are lovely. Filling too

May just be me but I find drinking hot water helps. I find it really comforting. Maybe with lemon may help more as per the poster above.

I'm a terrible chocolate addict.

I gave it up for Lent.. a huge challenge at first but what helped was a cup of peppermint tea. It's kind of like it freshened my mouth and made me not want to put junk in.

Unfortunately the moment Easter came I was back to square one.

But yeah I agree with others in that you have to go cold turkey for a bit, to find it easier.

For me the problem I think is bringing in the block of chocolate to the tv room while I watch mindless shows, mindlessly eating... I think I need to bring just a little choc in so that if I want more I have to actually get off my arse to get it. That's me, anyway.
