I’ve used these for years but my latest one is really annoying! Every now and again it only half works, ie, a much lighter vibration. I think it might be to do with needing a new brush but the current one is fine. I did try changing it and putting on a new brush but it’s still not working properly. I’ve never had this problem before!

Stupid question - but do you have it on clean? Every now and then I accidentally press the button that changes the setting it’s on and have to change it back.

I always had Philips and Oral-B but they never lasted. The battery would just drain faster and faster.
Finding it a huge expense to keep replacing I took the gamble and bought Dr Dent in July 2022...I had to charge it twice(!!) in all this time. Power remains steady and there are several modes. If you think about changing, maybe give it a go :)

Have you checked the base is clean? It sounds silly but it toothpaste or grime builds up it can stop it charging properly and therefore it won't work the best

Not a stupid question at all! I didn’t even know you could change the settings. There’s just one button - on and off.

If you keep holding the on button I’m sure it changes cleaning mode.

I had this. Called Philips, they made me play it down the phone and then they sent me a new one. I think it's a design flaw.

Thanks, just ordered one! Been looking for a new cheaper toothbrush.
