I was diagnosed with Hashimotos over a year ago and take 75mcg a day. Haven't had my bloods taken since the initial tests. Annual blood test next week. Wondering do they check, just tsh and T4. or do they do full blood count, cholesterol, ferritin, liver function etc?

Depends. On what, who knows?

I’ve been on thyroxine 25 years. My GP does add kidney function & FBC. Only did ferritin when I was already prescribed ferrous fumerate, has only done cholesterol twice in the 20 years I’ve been with them.

Where I work they sometimes do additional bloods, sometimes just TSH.

My endocrinologist generally does just TSH, T3 & Vitamin D, but occasionally kidney function & ferritin also.

They don’t all do the same thing so there doesn’t seem to be a set list of what they test each time.

It probably depends on your doctor.

I take 75 per day too but with 3-monthly blood tests (for the last 2 years) and nearly always full bloods.

yeah, I thought it was a long time to go between tests. They only took two to begin with
