“Choices” game made of paper played as primary school kids

Does anyone know what it was called? It was played in primary school playgrounds egc. You took a piece of A4 and then folded it in a certain way and then wrote options on all of the segments. You then put the creation on three or four of your fingers and get another kid to choose their favourite colour or favourite something - which you’d then count a number of times by moving your fingers and then you’d unfold one part of the paper … I can’t remember the details just that they were really fun.

Any one know what they were called/how to make them?

We called them fortune tellers. My children call them choosers.

Fortune teller. I used to fold once again after the standard fold which gives you a double layer of 'choices' inside.
