If you’re feeling burned out, apart from taking time at home, what helps?

Feeling a bit burned out at the moment. Work, etc.

Aside from having a bath and watching tv (!), relaxing at home, what helps you? Although those things do help and are necessary, i find myself needing something else… although I’ve no idea what.

I love a bath in the afternoon then a nap.

This time of year for me is about taking myself out of everything and just chilling.

Hibernation in anticipation of better things ahead come Spring.
