Any tips? Because I ruined the lining of the last one I had.

For my already well-seasoned pan I simply scrape off any residue food using hot (boiling) water and a wooden spatula, then use a cloth to apply a thin layer of vegetable oil. I never go near it with any kind of soap, detergent or abrasive scourer. And I never soak it or leave it wet.

If it hasn't been properly seasoned or is showing signs of rust, then you need to re-season it at home. Which takes time and patience, but is worth the effort.

What do you mean by lining of the last one? Is it an enamel cast iron pan or pure black cast iron?

The last one was enamel. New one is just cast iron. Obligatory pic of my last crime..
