Help me identify this song

I think it’s probably mid-2000s but could be earlier (or even remixed from something 70s) given its style. Starts quite lowkey but then a big hefty chorus which sounds like a gospel choir. Don’t think it’s Moby but that sort of style. Think the words in the chorus could be “dah-dah-de-dah for the bells are ringing / dah-dah now that the moment has gone” - that’s certainly the rhythm.

Any ideas?

My first thought was Liberty X - Song For Lovers as it’s very gospel-y.

mary Mary - Shackles
Hozier - Take Me To Church

Hum the tune into Google by pressing the microphone icon and it might recognise it.

Just been out and this was playing in the restaurant so thought of this thread. But OP hasn't been back yet. Come on, I love these threads.

Sorry, it’s none of those!

It’s been used in ads, I’m sure. The chorus is very different to the verses (not quite as extreme as “it’s oh so quiet” but you wouldn’t necessarily put the verse and chorus together). I think the verse might be a bit trip-hop and sung by a woman.

I really knew my music in 1995-2004 ish, so it’s probably not from that spell or I’d know it, but was part of a mix playing in a bar that included Lauryn Hill, Moby, Portishead and other stuff I listened to around that time.
