CBA to measure- downstairs loo one roll off wallpaper

Hello!

I am wanting to decorate our little downstairs loo. It's a really standard windowless 'cupboard under the stairs' space.

I have found a single roll of gorgeous vintage wallpaper but can't get more. I've never wallpapered so am quite clueless. It is small to medium floral patterned. If I'm honest I've not been well and CBA to get into how much I will need to match patterns etc.

How many standard rolls does it normally take for one such room please roughly?

I'm happy to do some in a matching paint colour if I run out but would like to know if I'd probably get most of it done with one roll or not.

Thanks!

this doesn’t sound like the right time for you to be decorating OP!

One roll of paper usually does 4 drops of full-height wall, but that's with minimum pattern repeat, ime.

I reckon I could do my under-stairs cupboard with one roll but the repeat would need to be minimal. Can you post a link to the paper and a pic of your loo?

Plain or minimal pattern you'll get four drops, highly patterned and you'll get three.

Could you paper one wall and paint the other three?

How about panelling the lower half of the wall and papering the top? Probably better from a cleaning pov too!

Is your illness likely to be ongoing? If not I would wait.

I'd panel the bottom half too.

Thanks all that's so useful! Yes fairly ongoing (next couple of months at least) but I need a project even if it's only buying the paper and paints to start with.

Happy to grab the wallpaper online as it's so unlikely to come up again.

Panelling sounds nice, there's a reclaimed wood place nearby who might help with that.
