Best airport to get to Kensington?

Flying from Dublin, City airport is too expensive, which is the best of the rest?

Agreed...there are currently three discrete tracked options from Heathrow:

Piccadilly Line to central London and beyond: TfL, takes Oyster, cheapest option.

Elizabeth Line to central London and beyond: TfL, takes Oyster, not so cheap.

Heathrow Express to/from Paddington only: Not TfL, AFAIK doesn't take Oyster, not cheap.
