If this is the problem, what do you need to do to the message you want to 970?

If you want to 929 with certain people, you may need to TARGET it first. Same ending as 984 (and starts with the penultimate letter).

@thaegumathteth a fairly giveaway clue... it has the same start as 801 and same ending as many of your other words!
