My son is 4, I've been in a bad relationship for 6 years, the past 4 years has been same old, my partner dose t help, save, give me any money towards my sons gifts and just acts like if he had a place to go... he's be there... he's no where to go and I get guilted for it. This year again no gifts for us or his other 2 kids with different mum, no money, argues alot then blames me... so I said u need to leave ASAP, 2 weeks before Xmas... he knows I can't work new year if he leaves and ill be stuck and possible sacked!! What do I do, where do I turn, should he go or should I say January is a set date to leave?? Help... need advice

If he's that useless and uncaring you are probably best asking him to leave now. It's not you he's treating everyone in his life like shit. I'd be asking at work if anyone can cover a few days for you whilst you sort out some childcare. You deserve better than him and I hope you find the strength to eject him out of your life so you can move forwards.
