Tiling the stoop with these.

Disclaimer : IRL you can see sage green and pink much more in them so I was thinking one of those?

I need a farrow and ball colour in order to get it mixed.

I love a pink front door

DilemmaDelilah · 02/12/2023 15:23

I would go with the powder blue, or a slightly deeper blue.

frozendaisy · 02/12/2023 15:24

Black

Powder blue

MeinKraft · 02/12/2023 15:26

Blue. Pink would be a bit much and sage green is more of a natural country sort of look.

Scampuss · 02/12/2023 15:28

Black

beezerbum · 02/12/2023 15:28

I also think blue. Little Green Air force Blue maybe?

@Tileoh can I ask where these tiles are from please? Looking for someone similar for my front step!

MmePoppySeedDefage · 02/12/2023 15:30

Almost every painted front door is blue. I'd go for something like pink or green. But why not get some F&B paint charts and then samples, and put them by the tiles?

Black.

I love Sage Green doors & it would pull the colour out of your doors.

rwalker · 02/12/2023 15:37

Go for black the tiles are traditional
black good solid traditional colour

trendy colours look shit when you set them against something so traditional

thedamnseason · 02/12/2023 15:43

I'd go for blue or pink but green would be nice too. Black seems too severe but it depends on the style of your house.

Tileoh · 02/12/2023 15:53

It's a victorian terrace.

The tiles are from Wickes!

I really don't want to do black.

I've moved recently and my last door was black and I found it really boring, I've always wanted something bolder.

A pink would look nice, either the same colour as in the tiles or slightly darker and duskier.

DialSquare · 02/12/2023 16:00

Black personally but as you don't want that, I'd go blue. Like this one.

The deepest shade of blue in the tile would be perfect, traditional enough but still nice and fresh.

The pink is a gorgeous shade and I like the sage too. How about some planters in one of those shades (or both, or the pale blue)?

Pink glazed pots and a few terracotta too

Thingsthatgo · 02/12/2023 16:21

I'd pick out that apricoty yellow colour. Would look amazing!

Tileoh · 02/12/2023 19:02

Oooh I didn't think of yellow. Would that work with brass hardware?

Draoicht · 02/12/2023 19:04

That blush pink if you don’t want to do black.
