Orthopaedic pillow for a side sleeper

I need a new pillow. It HAS to be an orthopaedic pillow as I get bad neck pain (from an old whiplash injury) if I don't sleep with one. I can't use Tempur as the rise in them is too high (so it gives me neck pain) I have been using a John Lewis one but it is too low. I am now waking up with a dead arm most days and getting shoulder pain. We have a good supportive 5-year-old mattress so it is not the need for a new mattress.

I am however really struggling with finding one that is not hundreds (I found one by Eli and Elm that looks amazing but it was £230 and that's a lot)

Any suggestions? I have in the past used those that you can fill yourself to the right level but I don't find them all that good.

@Newtrix as its not a orthopaedic pillow does it support your neck?
