I'm ill and have been for weeks and I NEED to get better by Saturday-help!

I started with an ear infection three weeks ago. This developed into tinnitus which is keeping me awake, vertigo (thankfully now receding), a cold and now a horrible heavy chest and cough. I've got no energy, my legs feel like jelly and I've got a temperature on and off. I'm at work (wfh) but doing bare minimum as had two weeks off already and can't afford any more.
It's DD's 18th on Saturday. We are having a big party for it in a marquee in our garden-a joint party with her mate who is also turning 18 and booked ages ago.
I can't cancel it and I cannot be this ill for it.
We have 100 people coming 😭What can I possibly do or take to pep myself up? I finished my antibiotics and I don't want more as they are giving me a bad tummy (on top of everything else)
All I'm taking at the minute is paracetamol , ibuprofen (2 hours apart and for the aches) and honey and lemon in hot water.

Well I just took dd to Costco to do drinks run. Feel like I've climbed a mountain. Back in bed. So fed up.
Had homemade chicken soup for dinner lots of veg, washed down with floradix, soluble vitamin c and some cough linctus. No temperature at the minute so just took ibuprofen for the aches. Got some ear spray so I've stuck that down my ears, and nose spray so I've snorted some of that. None of it is making a bit of difference. Going to neck some nytol and knock myself out for the night hopefully in a bit. Thankyou for all the tips and for those with the same sort of thing-good to know it's not just me.

If you've finished the antibiotics I'd phone the doctor for advice tomorrow

I did online doctor on Sunday £34.00 including super high dose antibiotics they arrived Tuesday but you would get them tomorrow or even today if you opt for them emailing a prescription and going to fetch them.

Could you explain a little more how that works please ? (Sorry to derail OP)

You go online fill in the form with your symptoms and the doctor calls you or emails you if they have further questions for you then they prescribe the antibiotics and either send them next day delivery with DHL or email you a prescription to take to the chemist, I was feeling too ill to go to chemist so I opted for ndd but as it was Sunday it came on Tuesday. Mine was a UTI. All fixed now, cpquicker and cheaper than going to doctors ( unpaid or have to make time up) and no other I'll people to catch their germs

How did you get on @piscofrisco, did you recover for the party?
