Anyone else just really bloody struggling with life?!

Not necessarily one big issue just lots of little ones making me feel like I am constantly struggling 😕

I really need to get on top of everything but just finding it all so hard. I have two young children, work part time but don't seem to be able to get on top of the house and have put loads of weight on since having ds2 but don't have the motivation to do anything about it, mainly cos I'm tired and fed up so it's a vicious circle

@Undethetree you are absolutely correct, eating badly massively affects my mood and motivation!

Me too. I made changes to my diet a year ago and everything felt so much easier and I was happier. I'm having a slump at the moment, eating rubbish again and I can feel the difference, everything is just such hard work.

Thanks for giving me the kick up the arse I need to ditch the crap again!

I'm the same. Three children, two at primary and one at nursery but they all do after school activities and the Christmas 'stuff' is ramping up. I only work part time and am actually off sick just now because I had an operation about ten days ago, but even without that it's a struggle.

I just feel like we are never on top of things, the house is a tip, we need work doing in almost every room, money just disappears and we've got debt anyway, I can't work more than I do (because of the illness that led to the operation) and it's like running on a hamster wheel and getting nowhere.

I feel like 2024 needs to be the year we sort it all out, but even the thought makes me exhausted.
