Is white fox popular for 15 year olds?

No idea if my hid daughter would like this but I know how they all follow the trends. I've never heard of this brand though? Is it on trend?

Their hoodies are good quality but their customer service is shockingly bad. They lie about delivery times, ie. they take your money for express delivery and then just send it whenever they can be bothered (claiming delivery times are based on when the item leaves their warehouse, not from when you order), so don't order if you need it for a certain date. You email them with enquiries and they don't get back to you for weeks. Orders that get lost in the post are still charged for then they charge you again to send a replacement. Trying to get a refund from them is a nightmare. They have no physical stores and no phone number to contact them so you're purely at the mercy of their shitty customer service team, who patronisingly call you 'babe' or 'hun' in every communication with them.
In short, a really horrible company to deal with, I'll never buy anything from them again.

Clearly by the sound of you it’s just as well that your kids aren’t into it cos they’d clearly be disappointed as you wouldn’t waste your money on oversized shite!!

I really don’t know how you can comment on the quality when you judge by a picture of a product and also mention that you never heard of the brand!! My daughter has two tracksuits and the quality is excellent.

It’s just another clothing brand like White Fox. Very similar stuff, T shirts, hoodies and jumpers in neutral tones but with the word Essentials written across the front. All the rage with the teens round here.

I'm glad you asked this OP, my DD had put the offstage hoodie on her Xmas list and I'd never heard of the brand. Helpful to see people think the quality is good and to have sizing info. The colour DD wants is oos in her size but I've chosen a different one I think she'll like 🤞🏻

I’d never heard of them until my nieces asked for some stuff from them for Xmas. I ordered them both a t shirt and hoodie, all the same size but one of the hoodies is massive compared to the other one and the stitching on one of the t shirts is coming apart. Really pissed off.

But yes, it’s an ‘in’ brand, but I’m not impressed.

Yes, ordered two tracksuits for my DD15 last night .They had 40 percent of for a limited time.

Dd 19 loves this. The quality is actually really good.
