Any recommendations ?
Just used the Henry, I have a herniated disc and am also pregnant, the Henry is amazing but my back cannot handle lugging it around, I'm in so much pain now !

I hear good things about shark hoovers, any recommendations for the best cordless one ?

I’ve been through shark, dyson and sebo. Have never tried a miele
Am currently using DH’s garage vacuum cleaner (Karcher) as the all singing all dancing Shark has lost suction completely and I have lost the will to open the whole thing up… again.
Honestly stick to a corded Henry. That will be what I buy next.

I have gone for the v11! I thought stick to what I know... it was £350 so not cheap but reduced from £430

It’s scary how much it picks up. Even my teenage DS actually hoovers occasionally

I agree Henry's are brilliant but my back just can't take it. I was in agony earlier on and I'm not prepared to be like that after cleaning 😆

Have you taken the dyson apart?
Preferably ask someone else to obviously but all spare parts are available on their website and customer service is brilliant( often sending parts out free)
Most common problem is a blocked filter which needs washing
Between myself and my 3 sons we have all kinds of dyson products( I don't work for them)
I understand the back problems as I'm disabled and my son has herniated discs too

As much as I can, need dh to do it properly for me. If it's fixable I will mount it to the landing wall and keep it up there

I’ve found that cordless hoovers are grand for a quick whizz around wooden/tiled floors, but if you need something for carpets then you want a corded vac.

My sister had a new cordless Dyson and when she was selling her last house she asked me to bring my corded Shark round because she knew her own vac wasn’t cleaning the carpets properly.

The amount of dust that came up from them using a corded machine was shocking. And she was regularly vacuuming, kept the place clean and no pets. She’s ended up getting a Henry as their Heavy Duty hoover.

I love the idea of a cordless, but until they can maintain the suction of a corded vac then I’ll just deal with the inconvenience of the flappy cord!

I think it must be. Although to be fair I have had it years. But as I also have an upright corded Dyson, it really hasn't been overworked. Every time I go to ring them (their helpline is very good), I manage to fix it. Until it starts the blockage thing again....
