If you had the ability to determine the perfect age for your children to become parents, what age would you choose?

If you're open to entertaining a hypothetical scenario, and if you had to make a decision, what age would you hypothetically choose for your children to become parents?

28-34 I think. In reality though it depends when they meet the right person. I would rather they have dc age 40 with the right person than 30 with the wrong person (speaking from experience).

30 but I'd advise them not to. The planet is fucked.

MintGreenPolo · 11/11/2023 22:05

30 I don’t want to be a “young” grandma!

Whenever they choose. If my parents had played this game, I'd have had my DC with my shitty ex.

zozueme · 11/11/2023 22:07

KeeefBurtain · 11/11/2023 22:07

I had 2 in my early 20s and another 2 in my mid/late 30s. I feel I was too young the first time and too old the second so therefore I’d say 29

Inkypot · 11/11/2023 22:08

I would say there's no right age, I just hope they find the right person for them and if children come along that would be a blessing at whatever time feels right for them. I can see pros and cons to younger or older parents so whatever works for them is best for me.

JeezWhatNext · 11/11/2023 22:08

I don’t care about their age but I’d want them to have someone loving to parent with.

amidsummernightsdream · 11/11/2023 22:08

34 -37

DramaAlpaca · 11/11/2023 22:08

Well, my boys are 30, 28 and 26 now and not yet in settled relationships, so I suppose I'd have to say around 34 or 35 as the boat for early fatherhood has well and truly sailed Grin

RosesAndHellebores · 11/11/2023 22:08

Well mine are 25 and nearly 29. The eldest is married, the younger is probably more ready.

When they are at peace with themselves and happily married to the right person, with a secure home.

Caminito · 11/11/2023 22:08

35 - time to 'live' first.

Icantthinkofausername123 · 11/11/2023 22:09

28 - female, 30 - male

CuteCillian · 11/11/2023 22:09

33- DS's

Rogue1001MNer · 11/11/2023 22:09

Late 20s.

Have fun
Meet "the one"
Have some fun together
Have DC while you're still young enough to cope with the sleep deprivation

Please, for my lovely dd
