Going through an issue with a family member, would have just have been easier to say NO the request right at the start. Got no thanks for what we did do and are the bad guys for not doing or agreeing to more.

She was manipulated into it really, mums a bit of a soft touch. Aunt had a full time job and her partner living with her so absolutely no excuses. She just took advantage of her.

I dropped a bunch of good quality homeware and clothes at Oxfam charity shop, and the older woman there scowled and said not there people can trip and I would be liable. I put them next to a clothes rail, and did not know why she said it like that or why she did not walk the 20 cm it would take her to put them in a safer place, not that it was unsafe tbh.

I said to her she was rude and in front of the other customers which really said a lot about her and she muttered more stuff but by that point I had picked the bags up and later dropped them at another charity shop, who just said thanks like normal people.

@coldcallerbaiter ugh. The worst. I dislike oxfam for many reasons but I had a huge (really smart) suitcase full of designer clothes that my ex love bombed me with. The charity shop said the suitcase was too big. They only take the ones that can go in hand luggage spaces.

Jokes on them, the one round the corner took it along with some limited edition RBL memorabilia. 😤
