For dessert, angel food cake (can be made with cocoa) and fresh strawberries would be nice and light.

Do you want to serve the same menu for everyone OP ? And is fish an option ?

Ideally I want to serve the same thing, will serve on the table to allow everyone to help themselves.
I'd like to stay away from meat/fish. Personal preference.

Could you do a serve yourself type meal? Like tacos with 3 or 4 fillings and a mix of guacamole, fresh salsa, spicy salsa etc to fit everyone's requirements?

If not Mexican, indian dosas? Again with a few fillings and different chutneys/raita.

I would suggest maybe having a look at the menus on the Mindful Chef website - and then you can try and recreate at home, it lists the ingredients of all the meals without having to sign up or purchase 🙂

How about this for the main with a really nice green salad and fresh bread.

Dessert for the diabetic could be tricky. Can they eat fruit? Could you do a pavlova for most of the guests and a fresh fruit plate for the diabetic. Or possible a dessert of your choice for the main group and a cheese plate for the diabetic assuming they aren’t the guest who won’t eat cheese?

That looks lovely.

The diabetic is also no mushrooms.

The no fatty/spicy food is also the no cheese one.

I’m the vegetarian.
