What can I do with unwanted Lego?

I have two huge boxes full of random Lego. I don't have the boxes or instructions it came with. I'm doing a big declutter. How should I dispose of it?

I sold a box full of random Lego on FB marketplace for £5. It included my brother's old lego from the '80s. A lady with young sons was thrilled with it.

My DC's school would take it, they've recently asked for some in fact for their after school club.

I just wasn't sure how useful it would be as a mountain of Lego with no organisation or instructions Blush

I think many children (and grown-ups) like to just play with and build mixed lego without instructions and special lego sets.

Thank You for the update, OP!
Donating the lego to a Lego club of a primary school is perfect.

@alwaysonadiet1

if you’re in C London oils you offer it to the Toy Project in Archway? They will make very good use of it by selling it; making it into packages for parents who are unable to give toys to their children, to give to their child; using it in their specific LEGO centre where they run community play events.
