Fatigue - long covid or something else?

For about a week now, I've been feeling very fatigued - similar to how I felt when I had COVID, but without any other symptoms. Everyday tasks feel exhausting; this morning I mustered up the energy to go for a short walk and wash some dishes I'd left lying around for a few days, but had to lie down afterwards. Basically impossible to go out and run errands, do housework, or get on with my work (I am trying to set up my own business so fortunately have a bit more flexibility, but can't continue like this). Just rotting on sofa and have missed several activities I usually love as I simply can't get out the house.

I did have COVID about 5 weeks ago but made a full recovery, I was going for runs, getting on with my work, meeting people, etc etc as if nothing had ever happened. And now this! On Monday I randomly had a burst of energy in the morning, but have been back in a slump since.

My question is, could this be long COVID even though I had a ca. 1 month gap in between where I felt fine and energetic? And if not, what could it be? I haven't made any changes lifestyle-wise, and no other symptoms of a virus or similar. I've gone through depression and burnout in the past (both together and separately) and although I did struggle with fatigue and motivation, it just doesn't feel the same this time.

Always worth a blood test. I will say that the clock change does make me feel tired but not fatigued

Sounds like it could be post-viral fatigue. Rest, rest and rest some more. For far longer than you think you need to. But I also agree with PP - worth a blood test. Not a doc.

Thank you both. I had a blood test earlier this year due to an unrelated scare, it all turned out to be fine but clearly something has changed over the last weeks/months so probably worth going again.
