Balance bike for a short 2.5 yr old.

DGS is 2.5 and I want to get him a balance bike for Xmas (my DD, his Mum is happy with that too)
But he's short.. 84cm...with short legs, bless him... he's only just come out of 12-18m joggers. Hopefully he'll grow a little more by xmas but he'll still be short for his age!
Looking online, prices seem to vary from £40 to £200!!!

I'm thinking anything up to about £80 because I'll do little pressies to go with the bike, but wonder if anyone has any recommendations?
Thanks

Chicco red bullet. It's light as a feather and tiny. Just as good as the pricey ones in my experience. It's about £35.

Definitely the Red Bullet. My DS lived on that bike!!

The Be Fun balance bike was great for our little one, folds really small to so you can take it anywhere. Didn’t get along with others we tried, but really confident on this one.

Our sons strider has been fab - very lightweight and you can put the seat all the way down

We had a Strider for shorty DD - the seat is very adjustable so fits smaller kids but also lasts a long time.

DGS had a Specialized balance bike, loads of height adjustment and a footplate so when he was good enough to get some speed up and freewheel down shallow slopes, he could rest his feet instead of dangling them. It was so brilliant I got one from Marketplace for £20 to keep here.
